Topic of the day – Making time for all that I love – Sunday, 25th  April, 5-6:30 pm

All of us have personal and professional interests that helps us live our lives, but there are some things which we do out of passion and for our love of them.  These could be hobbies which have been with us since childhood; or some which we have picked up as we grew older.

In a fast paced world, how do we strike a balance between work & relaxation?

What makes us do less or more of something? is this with awareness or not ?

How do we ensure me-time and time for/with others (family, friends, work) ?

These are the questions we are going to explore in our session along with our special guest Gita Balakrishnan.

Next Topic –  Conflict
