Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

InfinumGrowth offers the service of connecting visitors to our site, who are seeking one-to-one conversations for emotional health support, with a set of professionally trained Counsellors and Psychotherapists. The scope of these calls is limited to listening to the client, allowing the client to vent out their feelings and help them think through solutions to their emotional problems in a safe and confidential manner.

The user of the mobile app, also called the client hereon, who seek this support, need to be willing to work on solution options which come up in the conversation with the Counsellor/Psychotherapist, in order to gain from these conversations.

The Counsellor/Psychotherapist or InfinumGrowth cannot and do not guarantee any immediate solutions. However, they play the role of a safe, well meaning friend with whom the client can share their frustrations, anxieties, fears and joys. The purpose of these calls is to (1) reduce mental tensions by sharing feelings and discussing to see things objectively and (2) gradually, over a few calls, find ways to manage stressful situations as they arise and move into less stressful situations by finding happier and satisfactory paths in different aspects of life.

The Counsellor/ Psychotherapist is not a psychiatrist or a medical practitioner and will not offer any medical advice.

The Counselling and Psychotherapy service at InfinumGrowth is not meant for any emergency situations or for managing extreme tendencies of violence or suicide.

Coaching and Mentoring Services

InfinumGrowth offers Coaching and Mentoring Services for individuals seeking support in finding the way ahead in Life or Work situations. These are one-to-one conversations done in full confidence. The purpose to help the client get greater clarity in managing work or life situations by identifying alternate paths, based on the personal strengths and weaknesses of the client.

This service is provided by experienced and certified coaches and mentors. However the results post the consultations are purely the responsibility of the client who implements the plans defined.

Process and commercial terms

The client seeking Counselling or Psychotherapy service or Coaching & Mentoring Services is connected to a suitable professional in the team for a one hour online call through the  mobile app’s in-built video calling system.

Alternatively, the call with counsellor/coach may be done on a third party video platform like Zoom, from outside the InfinumGrowth mobile app.

The client would be requested to connect through the camera and microphone available on their mobile phone in order to enable the video call conversation with the counsellor.

It is understood that only a client willing to voluntarily participate in the online video  call through their mobile phone will book the appointment for the counselling/coaching session.

Offline meeting requests can also be made prior to booking the appointment and will be accepted subject to the convenience of the counsellor/coach and the client.

The conversations are totally private and confidential between the client and the counsellor/coach. The counsellor/coach may request the client’s permission to record the conversation on their own devices purely for professional record purposes; and will do so only on acceptance and confirmation of the client.

The client sets the appointment online and makes the payment online for the call. The first call with the professional is used to gauge the needs of the Client and accordingly the client will be advised about the scope and need for further calls.

Fees for calls completed with the professional cannot be refunded. To cancel an appointment before the scheduled time and get a refund, the client must inform InfinumGrowth through email or a whatsapp message or a phone call at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time of appointment.

However, if a change of schedule in appointment is required before the call takes place, the appointment can be rescheduled at no extra cost, if informed at least one hour before appointment.

Online Programs and Content Rights

All the Live Online programs, Learning Videos, Podcasts and Articles offered by InfinumGrowth are  designed and conducted by qualified and experienced working professionals, facilitators and coaches, who are selected through a carefully conducted process.

The content shared in our articles, films and training programs, is curated, designed and presented by the authors, facilitators and InfinumGrowth as a joint effort. The copyright of all such presentations is jointly and owned by the authors, facilitator and InfinumGrowth and no one else.

The training facilitators use theories and information curated from established sources to design the learning programs. All such sources are identified and acknowledged whenever used.

No other party has the right to copy, download, alter, misuse or share further any content provided on learning.infinumgrowth.com by the authors, facilitators and InfinumGrowth. Any such act will be an infringement of the rights of the authors, facilitators and InfinumGrowth and shall be dealt with under the due process of law.

Any material from training programs on learning.infinumgrowth.com may be used by a paying customer for personal development only. Use for professional dissipation needs express written consent from InfinumGrowth and the specific facilitator or coach and needs to be clearly referenced to the source.

Terms & Conditions

1. Any visitor to this site needs to register with the site and create a log in ID and Password, in order to access the content.
2. All programs show a price, if they are not offered for free. This price includes GST tax as charged by Government of India.
3. Any person wishing to participate in any program or wishing to watch learning videos or listen to podcasts, needs to pay the price by clicking on the Enroll button on the program page.
4. All prices are shown in INR (Indian Rupees). Payments made from any country, using any of the accepted payment instruments of the payment gateway, will need to be convertible to INR at the time of payment.
5. Once the payment is received, the participant receives confirmation on the site as well as by email and is then provided guidance to proceed further.
6. Every program page has a clear set of guidelines including the cancellation and refund policy of the website. Please read these and follow the steps to ensure you get access.

Cancellation and Refund

1. For Live programs, any cancellation done before 72 hours of the program date, shall be accepted and 100% refund will be done, within 48 hours from the time of cancellation, into the bank account number provided by the participant.
2. For Learning Videos and Podcasts, there is no cancellation policy.
3. For Counselling & Psychotherapy and Coaching & Mentoring Services, appointment bookings must be done within a maximum of 90 days from the date of payment. No payment refunds shall be made if appointments are not booked within 90 days.
4. If there are technical issues with respect to access of a live program, learning video or podcast, which are due to issues at the InfinumGrowth  end, we will make efforts to correct the issue; failing which, a 100% refund shall be provided.
5. If there are last minute issues at the participant end due to which the participant fails to join a live program, we offer the access in the next schedule of the program; or, an alternate programs of same value either learning video or live.
