Infinum Evenings : Practising Mindfulness – an experiential session

October is World Mental Health month. At InfinumGrowth we are even more inspired in this month, in our endeavour to create awareness about preventive ways to avoid/reduce emotional and mental  health conditions.

With this spirit, we are happy to invite you to join us at this month’s Infinum Evenings program, for an experiential session on Mindfulness; a capability that is fundamental to keep Mental Health issues in check.

Mindfulness is being talked about a lot in our world. Scientific research credits it with stress reduction, improved focus and better emotional regulation. It is also being practiced to enhance productivity and expand creativity.

How does Mindfulness help us in all these, in our personal and professional live?

There is no better way to understand it than through personal experience!

If you are interested in getting an experiential taste of what ‘mindfulness’ really is, join the free, interactive session of Infinum Evenings on 21st October, 2023 Saturday 4pm – 5:30pm India time.
