Who am I? Who am I in relationship with you? Who are we in relationship with each other?
None of us exist in isolation! Therefore, the challenges we face in our life, be it relationship issues, or feeling anxious or depressed or feeling stuck and confused, are an outcome of intersection of the self, the other, the groups and systems we are part of (family, organization, community); and the wider context (social-cultural-political).
So if origins for our difficulties lie in groups, what better place than a group to understand and examine our patterns, and work to change them because they are no longer effective or helpful.
This upcoming session of Infinum Evenings will explore experiences of being in group therapy, both as a practitioner and a member, through a conversation between Sejal Desai, Clinical Psychologist & Couple Therapist and Gunjan Zutshi, Trainer, Psychotherapist & Transactional Analyst (PTSTA); both psychotherapists working extensively in group settings.
Through sharing their own experiences, Sejal and Gunjan will hope to shine light on what appeals to them about group therapy and what they find helpful about this format of therapy.
The conversation will also explore different types of groups and modalities of group therapy.

About Infinum Evenings
Infinum Evenings is an online community – to belong, dialogue and grow with. A once a month event, to meet up with a curious group, with whom one can talk, share and learn. It is –
- A safe space to think, express, question, learn and together explore different aspects of Emotional Wellbeing.
- A chance to get away from the rush and focus on someone for whom we often don’t have time – Ourselves.
- A time to sit in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere; over a cup of tea or coffee; at a spot we love – indoors or outside !
