Support Group for Caregivers of People Living With Cancer, is an 8-Week Online Support Group
for individuals who are providing care and support to a loved one with cancer.
Caring for someone with cancer can place significant demands on your emotional, physical, and personal resources. You may be managing hospital appointments, treatment decisions, family emotions, and practical responsibilities while feeling the pressure to “stay strong”.
Many caregivers find themselves carrying a quiet sense of anticipatory grief, even while hope and treatment continue. Alongside love, there may also be moments of anger, resentment, exhaustion, or a wish to step away – feelings that are often difficult to acknowledge and can feel isolating.
About the Program
This online group offers a space to pause, receive support, and connect with others who understand the lived realities of caregiving. Together, we will find a way to explore the emotional impact of this role, navigating conflicting feelings, and the ongoing weight of responsibility.
Alongside shared support, the group also offers an opportunity for reflection, increased self-awareness, and a gentle glimpse into how caregiving may be informing your inner and relational life.
