InfinumGrowth brings to you this new series of programs on Business Growth.
Business Resilience is a need at any point in the life of any business; and becomes the most critical need in times such as today. To be Resilient is to be alert to a situation and making quick and effective decisions to steer the business through the troubled phase.
In order for the changes to be effective, the basic business model design needs to have the elements which make it sustainable .
Never has the need for a sustainable business growth model been felt so much as today!
A sustainable business growth model needs adequate thought being put into all aspects of the business – the Product, the Target Customer segment profile and size, the Business Processes, the Unit Economics, Finance Management and the Team.
Program ObjectiveÂ
Every month, we will come forward with topics that are critical to be focussed upon by every business – be it a Large, Medium or and Early Stage entity. Each 1.5 hours session will be anchored by one experienced business professional, supported by a small panel of other experienced professionals.
The participating business professionals and entrepreneurs will be encouraged to apply the program inputs to their own specific business problems; so that they go back with clarity and some new ideas.
Post the session, the InfinumGrowth Panel will be happy to set up a free 30 minutes one-to-one session with a maximum of three participants per slot, to provide guidance and clarifications. This additional session will be based on participant requests.
