All of us strive to build positive relationships with people around us – parents, children, spouse, friends and colleagues.
While we have experienced some relationships that work very well, in which there is a great connection and bond with the person; there are some other relationships, with people who are close to us or need frequent interactions, be it at work or in personal life, where there is a challenge.
Ideally, we would want to improve our interactions with them at least to a level where we do not need to experience regular challenges.
How do we do that?
In the upcoming session of Infinum Evenings, we are going to understand and discuss the eight principles of relationship as defined by Richard Erskine, a Transactional Analyst, which are essential in building healthy relationships.
