Mindfulness is key to personal effectiveness

Infinum Evenings : Maybe We Should Talk – A Reflective Conversation

All of us have our own unique beliefs – about ourselves; and others, whom we relate with. These impact our relationships – with Self and Others;  affecting, in turn, our sense of Satisfaction, Happiness and Emotional Wellbeing.

This Infinum Evenings program focusses on bringing awareness to the narratives we hold and how these impact our lives.

Infinum Evenings : Maybe We Should Talk

A Reflective Conversation Inspired by the book “Maybe You Should Talk to Someone” by Lori Gottlieb.

Program Date & Time :

12th July, Sunday; 4pm to 5.30pm India time.

Objective of the Session

Every person carries narratives about themselves. Some help to sustain them and some can restrict them.

This session will use some interesting themes from the above mentioned book,

to have a reflective conversation,  between facilitators and participants, about the stories we carry about ourselves, our relationships, and our lives;

and how we could work on them through helpful conversations with therapists.

The session invites participants to pause, reflect, listen, and connect through shared human experiences.

About Infinum Evenings

Infinum Evenings is an online community –  to belong, dialogue and grow with.

A once a month, free event, to meet up with a curious group, with whom one can talk, share and learn.

It is –

A safe space to think, express, question, learn; and together, explore different aspects of Emotional Wellbeing.

A chance to get away from the rush and focus on someone for whom we often don’t have time – Ourselves.
