Relationships have become more and more dynamic and it often becomes difficult for individuals to navigate through the intricacies of modern day relationships; be it the relationship with a partner, parents, colleagues or friends.
It is therefore important to identify ways to build and maintain healthy dynamics. Mastering the art of healthy relationships is essential for one’s overall well-being and happiness.
In this workshop, participants will be exploring patterns, scripts and unconscious processes that impact their relationships. They will be discussing how early childhood patterns of thinking and behaving continue to impact adult relationships. They will also explore why we often attract certain kinds of people and why we end up in difficult relationships!
This workshop will invite participants to look within to understand Self (I), vis-a-vis one’s own perception of the other, (U).
In this workshop, you will be exploring all forms of personal and professional relationships. So if you wish to know why your boss is annoying you or why your situationship isn’t moving into a serious committed relationship, this workshop is for you!
This workshop is guided by the concepts of transactional analysis and uses frameworks and models to explore and explain our relationships
