The very first edition of PAUSE – A Curated Conversation on Personal Growth by InfinumGrowth, brings you The Mind Body Reset – an intimate, guided session that gently explores the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and the body.
It delves into how awareness and simple embodied practices can help us move through everyday stress with more ease and balance.
Led by Ragini Rao, Psychotherapist, Senior Transactional Analyst,Co-founder of InfinumGrowth,
