Suresh is a professional with tremendous experience of more than 3 decades around 2 key verticals, Viz., People Management (MBTI & Clifton StrengthsFinder) & Project Management (PMP).
His last stint with corporate world was Microsoft Corporation. He carries credit in managing high-performance teams and huge global projects, leveraging his expertise, besides Business Processes, Solutions & Strategies.
He is loving his mission is to “Enable & Empower people live of fulfilment, enhance performance multifold, easily, effortlessly and efficiently” , by leveraging the unique model, “SMARTER Implementation SYSTEM”.
Suresh is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, an Internationally Certified Strengths Performance Coach (Clifton), and Project Management Professional (PMP) and pursuing ICF Certification (PCC).
He administers both MBTI & Clifton’s Strengths Finder, for individuals & teams through very engaging workshops, both online and in-person and these are very well accepted and bring him lots of reputation as he already delivered for Alshaya Group, Siemens, Wester Digital, Novozymes, Implevista, BHEL, Leo Precision, Kshipraa Mechatronics, Brookefield Hospital & FIDA The design school to name a few.
He majorly delivers sessions on Professional Development (Soft Skills, Life Skills and Leadership Skills), expert in Train the Trainer besides Project Management. He was a visiting faculty at Project Management Institute (PMI) and also delivered trainings at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Project Management for PMP aspirants, both online and offline.
