Sailaja Manacha, PCC , is a Psychotherapist and Leadership Coach working with senior Management and Leadership teams.
Leadership training is offered in conjunction with coaching and somatic work as she believes that behavioural changes are sustained with this approach. She has worked with Leaders in the IT, Telecom and BPO industries as well as social entrepreneurs.
Sailaja, has been working since 2010 with the focus of Women and Leadership both within the corporate space and outside of it. She has been running women only transformational groups and workshops focusing on building their capacity and presence. She also offers women leadership webinars partnering with colleagues from around the world! She has launched ’ STEP UP Indis first 100% online Womens Leadership course combining psychology with cutting edge leadership/management learning www.physis.co.in/step-up.
Her Book STEP UP published in November 2019 was #1 best seller on Amazon.
She hosts and leads Lead Powerful Live Mindful ( LPLM) a professionals women group on Facebook.
An accredited Psychotherapist and an accredited trainer of Psychotherapists of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). She teaches the international certification Basic course on Transactional Analysis- the TA 101 both as an open course or an in-house program for teams.
Sai has a Masters in Psychology and Organization Behavior; over 10 years of corporate HR experience and was Head of HR with a Bangalore Based telecom software company. She is a Professional Certified Coach coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Involved in coaching leadership for last 14 years and in the field of personal transformation since 20 years.
Her Leadership Coaching is informed by Transactional Analysis, NLP, Systemic Constellations, Psychodynamic approaches, Body Awareness Work and the Ontology which is the study of ‘being’. She is in continued Advanced Coach development with the Institute of Generative Leadership USA where she deepens her learning and application of Ontological and Generative distinctions in coaching.
Her clients include Siemens Technology and Services, Cerner Healthcare, Huawei Technologies, Infosys, Firstsource, Adobe amongst others. She lives in Bangalore with her family, is an avid reader and traveler and takes her work life balance seriously!
