Hema Sreedharan practices as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Trainer.
She provides counselling to corporate employees and has over 7 years of experience in conducting one on one Therapy sessions for individuals as well as for couples. She believes Therapy empowers and transforms an individual to have a very fulfilling and satisfying life.
She uses the modality of Transactional Analysis for psychotherapy. She has a diploma in Transactional analysis and continues to be a student of transactional analysis for deeper understanding of human behaviours and patterns.
Hema has a Masters degree in psychology. She conducts self-awareness programs and talks for college students, various groups and for clients in the corporate setting as well.
