Each video program has a set of well designed learning modules designed and facilitated by experienced professionals, who share their own personal learning and experience to enrich the content.
Krithika Akkaraju is a trauma-informed counsellor, psychotherapist, and an NLP coach. She has a Diploma in Transactional Analysis, is a Gestalt Master Practitioner, an Internationally Certified NLP Coach in New Code NLP and a certified facilitator of Systemic Theory & Practice in Family Constellations. She combines different modalities to give her clients a holistic therapeutic experience.
She has more than 12 years of experience in the mental health field; with an established private practice in Bangalore.
In her earlier roles, Krithika utilised her business management degree to work with global organisations as a corporate communications professional, and has published articles and photographs on mental health, travel, healing and spiritual growth in reputed magazines and publications.
Her recent book of poetry, Meet Me Where the Sea Touches the Sky, takes readers through various facets of mental health and spiritual awakening.
Krithika has trained from Parivartan Counselling Training & Research Centre, Bangalore, NLP Academy (UK), and a business management degree from Symbiosis University, Pune.
