Haider is a trained psychotherapist with Diploma in Transactional Analysis specialising in Psychotherapy. He is also a transformational coach certified by Gallup strengthfinder and ICF competencies. As a relational practitioner, Haider uses different modalities from relational TA, NLP, authentic movement, Psychodrama, somatic practices and image theatre to integrate mind, body and soma in his healing and growth approach.
Haider's work ranges from helping clients build self awareness, address limiting beliefs, strengthening behaviours and mindset to live a fulfilled life. His work is queer affirmative and oppression informed. He is in ongoing therapy and supervision to strengthen his practice.
He brings learnings and experiences from his own life of switching careers, exploring identity and building a purposeful life which helps his clients who range from various age groups and walks of life. His expertise lies in working with minority groups, adolescents and teenagers.
He is also a seasoned coach, storyteller, and Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across industries and roles. He has been pivotal in shaping and delivering impactful HR strategies, leadership communication initiatives, employee engagement programs, and leadership development journeys for globally renowned organizations such as Biocon, Syngene International, Adobe, and InMobi.
Haider is a certified ICF and Gallup Strengths-based Coach, he is celebrated for his ability to unlock the innate potential of individuals and teams, fostering meaningful transformations and delivering measurable outcomes. His practice is grounded in advanced methodologies, including Transactional Analysis, NLP, Bodynamics, Psychodrama, and group process work, providing clients with a comprehensive and enriching coaching experience.
As an individual coach, Haider partners with clients to challenge limiting beliefs, nurture self-awareness, and empower autonomy. Drawing from his own journey through complex challenges, career transitions, and role evolutions, he inspires clients to craft narratives that drive purposeful growth. With over 200+ hours of coaching experience, Haider has guided executives, seasoned leaders, and working professionals toward achieving clarity and sustained impact. Haider comes with 14+ years of corporate experience across domains and expertise around Individual and group coaching, leadership development, executive communication, and diversity & Inclusion. He has shaped organisations and communities through his humanistic approaches and outcome focussed practices.
Haider holds Masters degree in Microbiology and Human Capital Management, and is based out of Bangalore. Beyond his work, he enjoys storytelling, urdu poetry and travel.
