Ranjan is a Change & Transformation specialist providing advisory and implementation services in organization building, culture change and industrial relations. He has 26 years of experience as an HR leader in various industries.He was last working as Sr. Vice President & Head - Human Resources at the Aditya Birla Group.
Ranjan has been in HR leadership roles in several large Indian conglomerates and leading foreign multinationals across sectors such as FMCG, Telecom, Hospitality, Power & Infrastructure, Media & Entertainment and Textiles & Fashion Fabrics. He has worked in organizations such as Vodafone, ITC, Park Hotels, Bata India, United Breweries, RPG Enterprises, Srei and Aditya Birla Group.
He has led culture transformations to enable organizations prepare for growth and in re-structuring organizations to make them market-facing while re-positioning the role of HR from transactional to transformational.
With a Master’s Degree in Social Work (specialization in PM & IR) from Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, and an HR Executive Programme (HREP) at Ross Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, Ranjan brings with him rich knowledge of people management across sectors from manufacturing to services while possessing a strong blend of hands-on experience and strategic oversight in organization development.
