Each video program has a set of well designed learning modules designed and facilitated by experienced professionals, who share their own personal learning and experience to enrich the content.
Neha Rungta is a Mental Health Counsellor for Adults at InfinumGrowth.
She takes Counselling sessions for adult clients experiencing early stages of anxiety, stress or inter personal issues.
Neha has completed a one year intensive course for Diploma in Transactional Analysis and earned her certificate in Counselling Skills as a part of this. She uses TA as a framework for her counselling approach.
Her own journey with mental health and her long standing interest in psychology as well as a holistic approach to a healthy life, drove her to learn counselling practices.
She began her professional life as a film-maker, making ad-films and feature films and then started an online handicraft store, working with local artisans to bring a modern aesthetic to Indian crafts.
Neha's other interests include organic farming, cooking, photography, yoga, Tai Chi and reading. Her diverse interests both professional and personal, give her a wide range of experiences to draw from, as well as a broad lens to bring into her counselling practice.
She is proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.
