Arijit Sanyal is a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Coach and Trainer with intensive training in integrative counselling and completed a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. He has focussed on Integrative, trauma-informed, emotion focused therapy with multi-modal training (DBT/MBCT/somatic/IFS).
He works with clients facing burnout, performance anxiety, loneliness, toxic work cultures, panic, trauma histories, midlife transition, obsessive patterns, emotional numbness.
Arijit had 20+ years’ experience in corporate sales and business development in leading technology organizations before starting Therapy work He thus brings corporate realism + clinical depth into emotionally focused therapeutic work with professionals, couples & families.
