Working professionals today operate in environments that demand constant performance, responsibility, and composure, often while navigating multiple and competing pressures.
Over time, “holding it all together” can become the default way of functioning, not just in how we work, but in how we think, respond, and relate, often without fully noticing its impact.
The Inner Edge by Arijit Sanyal, Psychotherapist and former Corporate Leader, is a 3-part workshop series starting on 29th May 2026, designed to help professionals build emotional strength and clarity,
so they can engage with pressure more effectively, without it taking a sustained toll on their well-being, performance, and relationships.
