Mani Padmanabhan is a Partner with CFO Bridge LLC and is the Co Founder of Vanman Management Advisors Pvt Ltd. He is also advisor to Protiviti India and ME; and is associated with InfinumGrowth as a Advisor & Coach.
Mani is a CA, CWA, CFE and certified IP. He is a Finance and People leader with 2.5 decades of multi sector experience as CFO / GRC head in large listed Indian / US entities and 7 year experience as a fractional CFO.
Mani was the CFO of Vodafone West (2007 to 2013) and GRC head at Dr Reddys group (2013-2015) reporting to Audit and the Risk Committees on the Board. He renders CFO services to MSME / Startups covering entire spectrum of Finance, Strategy and Business development.
He is an empanneled Independent Director and a Fellow member with IOD. He has revemped governance structure, created policies and procedures on Key governance subjects relevant to managing complex businesses across the globe. He has strengthened financial management with particular emphasis on M&A restructuring, Treasury functions and cost optimization.
Mani is a part time faculty to B Schools and is a reputed trainer with top global consulting firms. He contributes socially for children development.
