Working Professionals face multiple challenges in today’s high pressure world, while working to achieve the immediate goals at work.
The goals demand constant performance with full responsibility, while maintaining composure, to avoid straining relationships. Over time, “holding it all together” can become the default, often without noticing its impact.
The Inner Edge by Arijit Sanyal, Psychotherapist & former Corporate Leader, is a 3 part workshop series, starting on 29th May, 2026;
which addresses the need for working professionals to build emotional strengths and clarity, in order to ensure the work pressures do not affect the mental and physical health.
