Sridhar Rao is a Management Coach and Mentor. As a Management Coach he provides support to businesses in working on Business Strategy and Development, Business Processes and Team Management issues.
He works as a Startup Mentor working with Entrepreneurs as a sounding board and guide in their entrepreneurial journey.
Sridhar also works with Management Professionals in thinking through career goals and options so as to make informed choices.
Sridhar brings his 25 years' experience of Corporate Business Management and 15 years in Startup Launch & Management and People Leadership Skills to provide strong insights to clients in designing business strategy as well as in managing business operations, processes and teams.
Likewise, his corporate and startup experience across multiple industries helps in his work as a mentor for management professionals.
Sridhar is a Venture Partner and Advisor with Capria Ventures (formerly Unitus Ventures), an investment firm focusing on investing in early stage startups.
He is Co-Founder of Infinumgrowth Learning Pvt Ltd, a Learning and Development firm which owns and manages the Online Learning Platform, learning.infinumgrowth.com which provides Counselling/Therapy, Coaching/Mentoring services and Training Programs;
and has an online magazine infinumgrowth.com, which posts articles and films on Personal Growth and Business Management topics.
Prior to this Sridhar was Co-Founder and CEO of the Fintech Startup Novopay Solutions, Bengaluru. Novopay now has a vast national network of Retailers delivering Banking and other Financial Services to individual customers; and also providing platforms and solutions to businesses in managing financial transactions.
His Last Corporate assignment was with Vodafone India where he was CEO for different businesses over 8 years.
Sridhar Rao is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA from Delhi University, with over forty years’ experience in large corporates and startups, in Business Management, Business Strategy, Sales, Distribution and Marketing;
across Fintech, Agritech, Mobile Payments, Telecom, Apparel, Textile,Paints & Tractor industries in India, Indonesia and Western Europe.
