Depression is one of the most common mental health issues. It can happen to anyone and can vary in intensity from very low to very severe.

197 mn people in India suffered with mental health issues in 2017 as per a study by  WHO published by lancet.com .

Of these, about 45 mn had depression related and 45 mn had anxiety related issues.

It is therefore, useful to understand the effect of depression and what are the ways available to haandle it.
